Why Xerox?
When choosing a copier supplier, this was a big question. Which manufacturer should we work with. There are so many to choose from, it can make your head spin. Here are some example companies.

With all these choices, Why Xerox?
The first reason we chose Xerox was because they had their own techs which allowed us to worry about working with clients and not worrying about carrying parts, leasing trucks and managing technicians.
The second reason was because they are handling a lot of service, we are able to plug into the nationwide aspect of their program, meaning if we sell a copier in Lynchburg, and that business has another location in say Richmond or Anchorage, we are able to get service for all the locations.
Third, Xerox is one of the few American based copier companies. We like that.
Finally, they have been awesome to work with, so we have no reason to not want to continue with them. They are fair, they swap out lemons for us. They take care of the endusers. We want to partner with a manufacturer who pays attention to those details.
